Following three new MNCs’ move into The Strategy and The Synergy recently, our two properties in International Business Park secured additional space commitments from two leading global companies.

Nalco Pacific, an existing tenant at The Strategy, is expanding and will increase its existing space by more than a third of the original space it occupied after merging with Ecolab Inc, a global leader in water, hygiene and energy technologies and services.

EBI Asia Pacific, a leading provider of sealing solutions with operations worldwide, has also recently leased space at The Synergy. It is expected to move into its new premises from July 2012.

The Strategy and The Synergy are modern business park buildings within International Business Park with roomy, light-filled atrium lobbies and convenient amenities such as food court, café, clinic, banking kiosk, gym and childcare centre. Both buildings have efficient designs with flexible and column-free layouts which allow optimal spatial planning.
